The 90-minute session includes the introduction of a topic, breathwork, a Kriya (a set of exercises with a specific aim), and a short meditation. The class is open to all skill levels, and while no prior yoga experience is necessary, an advanced student can benefit just as much as a beginner in this experience of the Self.

Maggie is a newly certified RYT-200 yoga instructor passionate about helping students quiet the outside world and connect back with their body through mindful movement and breath.
Her journey with yoga began at a young age, when her mom would take her to classes with her. From those early experiences, Maggie’s love for yoga continued to flourish. What started as shared time together grew into a personal practice—one that helped her build balance, reduce stress, quiet the world around her, and connect more deeply with herself.
She strives to create a welcoming environment for students to explore, feel deeply, move with intention, and leave feeling more grounded, empowered, beautiful, and strong—both on and off the mat.
